Postpartum Preparation

Led by Licensed Midwife, Herbalist, and Breathworker, Virginia Wittebort. This focused gathering prepares your partner, family, and close community to step into postpartum as grounded, informed, and protective support. A space for your loved ones to align before baby arrives, so you’re your postpartum is held with intention, not improvisation.

Together, we will center on:

• What the fourth trimester truly requires physically and emotionally.

• How to offer steady, non-intrusive, meaningful care.

• Creating a calm, nourishing environment that safeguards healing while supporting your nervous system
