Labyrinth & Life: A Creative Approach to Preparing for Childbirth

This workshop offers a creative and reflective journey that echoes the immersive, centered state of being experienced in birth. You’ll engage in hands-on childbirth preparation that cultivates intuition, presence, and creativity through art and reflection. No artistic experience is needed—just openness to explore, connect, and discover what unfolds.

In the Workshop, You Will:

    •    Create your own personal labyrinth and explore it as a metaphor for the birth journey.

    •    Engage in right-brain, experiential learning that nurtures intuition and self-awareness.

    •    Practice simple mindfulness and art-based techniques to build emotional resilience for labor.

    •    Use Birth Art to explore feelings, questions, and insights around birth and parenthood.

    •    Leave with creative tools to continue connecting inwardly throughout pregnancy and beyond.
