Babywearing Foundations

This circulo introduces expecting parents to babywearing as a practical tool for bonding, regulation, and everyday ease. A grounded, practical space to build skills and trust for both you and your baby.

Together, we’ll focus on:

·         How to carry baby in safe and supportive ways that protect airway, hips, and caregiver body.

·         Understanding different styles, how to choose yours, and finding what fits your lifestyle.

·         How babywearing supports connection, nervous system regulation, and confidence.
