This platica prepares parents and caregivers with the core knowledge needed to care for a newborn with steadiness and confidence. Here we are working from a grounded space to replace uncertainty with skill so you can meet your baby with ease from day one.

Together, we’ll focus on:

• Understanding your newborn’ sleep patterns, feeding cues, and early behaviors.

• Essential daily care, diapering, bathing, soothing, and safe sleep basics.

• Recognizing common concerns and knowing when to reach out and seek support.
